    Today received brace for my lower leg and foot, Should provide more stability and stop foot drop. Might be able to walk without a cane or walker. Downside is the shoes- tennis shoes preferably or lace-ups. Yuck!

    Went for lunch with Shirlee. I used only the cane to get around at lunch and pushed a cart when shopping with her. Tired when home, had to get Shirlee and Debbie to help me from garage to inside the house. I couldn't make it by myself.

    Fell and hit my head. I was in kitchen sitting on stool when the dog wanted to go outside. I got up to let her out. The next thing I felt was hitting the back of my head on the fridge.
