Even here in Illinois the weather has quickly been cold , I am getting more sleep . Nights are enjoyable still .

More spine pain since the weather has changed . More frequent head aches , and added weakness .

It is the evening , no more heat to tolerate , very quiet outdoor sorroundings , the evening is the better part of most days for me
