Telling my story is less likely to be told , it is filled with too much hardship yet I have over come so many hurdles and that is the purest story. In the past 5 yrs .so many office appts , further scans , loads of lab work up, exhausting waiting room time frame , drastic changes that have physically altered my QOL, Endless hours each day with more sitting - laying.  More flare ups ; different each time .  Goal  setting  is wrestling with daily health status .Vision impairment more often disabling activities and sense of feeling for overall day results . Enjoy sleeping , there are no pains to cope with.  Have had the insomnia for months but maybe now with onset of autumn comfort may resume and aid to my quality of sleep .  My  body is breaking down more and more and taking all of my QOL that I was hoping to maintain , I face my fate so unconditionally and embrace the life I have had before Secondary Progressive M.S. , Senile - Osteoperosis , Spine / Disc Disease , Degenerative Cerebellar Disease ....yada  yada woop !
