I'm a standard grandma, and sharing with grandkids is my current goal. I want the grandkids to realize how important taking care of your health while you are young is. I've had allergy/sinus problems my whole life. I had polio as a child and while it caused fatigue then, I thought I'd out grown it. I was very productive from 20 to 58, started declining then. I have to be careful of falls, fainting, and over doing. I'm tired all of the time, in pain somewhere all of the time, but I think it's important not to focus on symptoms, to try to do all I can & to keep positive.
