I think spring is helping the psoriasis because of the humidity. I actually got away with skipping my normal SEVERE EXFOLIATION the last time I took a shower and I haven't scratched until I bled anywhere. (Although I did take a pumice stone to my feet. They itch like hell every time they get in water; before this I never knew that itching could actually be so painful I'd want to cry.)

(Maybe I'll be one of the incredibly lucky ones whose guttate psoriasis goes away for good, but I don't want to believe that or I'll probably cry when it doesn't.)
