Woke yesterday with real bad tension headache. Took 20 minutes on the BiPap trying to fall back asleep. Headache went away, but couldn't fall asleep. Took off BiPap, and headache returned. That's not good. Didn't stay all day, however. I still feel it a bit after waking this morning.

Actually went with Karen to the store! Energy still good, but pain seems to be worsening.

Energy low, arms & legs locked in vices (crushing nerve pain). So much for my good streak lasting. "Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." - Dr. Seuss.

More on symptoms. Feeling nerve pain down my legs and joint pain is real, but energy remains good! yay! Now, I hope it lasts long.

I do have symptoms, but they are figuring out that they don't have to make life a living hell for me.

After re-adjusting the oxygen on my BiPap from 2 to 3, and after having my wife apply two Lidoderm patches to my trouble spots on my back, I fell asleep at roughly 11 AM Monday (5/6). I woke briefly a few times but intentionally remained still and fell back asleep. Finally waking up at 12:10 AM after 13 hours, I got up out of my chair feeling actually recharged! It was difficult to discern if I felt any symptoms. Holy Moses! I hope it lasts!

The snow has stopped but I'm far from symptom free. Using a cane to get around the house. continue to need ice most of the time. Took more effort than normal to get showered and clean. Had to, though. In home haircuts, while convenient can't be rescheduled if you're just not quite there for it.

I have improved quite a bit in the last 24, although having a 60 lb retriever puppy nearly killed me when he decided he wasn't going into his kennel. My back still hurts in new places from that one. Hopefully it cools down. When discussing a Celtic singing group, my wife told me I was her favorite Scot. I told her that made my month. Plus, I received a comment from @panteragrl_1966 relating to the weather and DDD. Nothing like knowing I'm not alone and that I'm not crazy to cheer me up. So things are a little better.

Realizing pain from last night in mid-back has activated my upper back and is even reaching up to my neck.

All morning and afternoon have been spent whimpering and trying to keep from taking people's heads off. Upper back pain is very bad. Will not let up.

Upper back pain is very bad and it is affecting everything. I cannot make household repairs, even though we need them right now. Cannot take a bath. I'm very angry that I can't even handle what I usually can.

Pain in mid back is higher than normal after playing SMBw (video game). Controller is too small! Feeling horrible. Spasms are high. Sciatica jolts down both legs.
