Hello pooh head! I've got a bit of good news – no it's not a breakthrough or cure for ALS/MND. I've just finished writing my book: "Against the Odds, Living with Motor Neuron Disease" it will be published in the next few weeks and the launch is taking place on my 80th birthday – 10th of February next! All proceeds after printing and publishing will go into research and equipment for this shocking disease! My story starts in the 1930s when survival was the goal, and then reaching the top of the rollercoasters in the mid-1970s, only to be flung right back down with those shocking words: "You Have Motor Neuron Disease." But I believe that it was resilience of the early years the bread into me survival instincts: "All things are possible and nothing is impossible." Today technology is the limbs, I've lost! And 37 years on – I'm here! I believe that the book is up on Amazon website! Andy.
