My daughter Zae is writing this for me. I am a 77-year-old female and was diagnosed with PD about 10 years ago. I've spent the last year in a nursing home near my daughter. I am mostly confined to bed because of severe contractures in my feet. I finally had surgery on my hyper-dystonic hands and they are now relatively pain-free, but not really usable anymore. Meds at this point are Sinemet every two hours, Paxil, Klonopin, and Lyrica. I am having quite a bit of trouble with hallucinations, vision, and REM sleep disorder.
