- Sometimes I feel so tired, that I tend to fall asleep during the day! At night I become so wired that I cannot sleep, but during the day I will be sitting at the PC, or watching TV, and then wham! A few minutes later I wake up with almost o clue how long I've been asleep... In fact I've fallen asleep six times since I started writing this, and each time I awaken I ask this question, "IF I'm suddenly falling alseep all the time without any reason --- is the dose I'm on too strong?" The last time I increased my dosage was before I restarted my Enbrel started to work, and I'm thinking that maybe it's time to decrease my dosage again
