- The pump works on its own. Every 6 mos. the unit gets refilled, and if something goes wrong an alarm sounds. The unexpected benefits are that the "brain fog" leaves in just several days. The impact has been very positive but a little modification in lifestyle might needed, like getting different size clothes.
