I've been HIV+ for over 20 years, and have worked in the HIV/AIDS field for the past 15 years, including in a holistic treatment center, housing, and education/advocacy. More recently, I started an organization focused on HIV-prevention (www.mosaicinitiative.org). My work has taken me to inner-city Chicago, Conservative Christian suburbs, and rural Kenya. I'm now working in DC, developing programs to address the systemic issues of HIV-prevention that transcend borders and boundaries.
