- This really helped with my anxiety along with klonopin. I just stopped taking it because I don't know if p-doc was okay with it. He didn't say one way or another.

- I add this sometimes at night when I'm freaking out and my other sedating meds aren't helping. I wouldn't recommend mixing it with all the shit I'm mixing it with. I don't think it will kill me, but it might not be the greatest idea. I think it helps sedate me more and calm me enough to sleep and feel somewhat normal
