Trying to stop the slide after 30 years. I've found a strict aqua-vegan diet works best. Tinned fish and veggies, no dairy, no animal fats. This is what Prof. George Jellineck recommends in his book "Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis" Ironically I went to the same music school as Concert cellist Jacqueline Dupré who died from the disease. The link between dairy product consumation and the Isle of Jersey, where she was born, and myelin destruction is well known.
