Former Marine pilot who has pursued a pristine diet and regular daily exercise virtually all my life. Never smoked, no drugs, rarely drink and was shocked when I first noticed a "slight" tremor in my right hand. It wasn't a steady tremor but would come and go. I thought nothing of it but it slowly became more prevalent! I went for a physical to my family doc who then recommended I see a neuro. I did and the neuro shocked me when he said "I think you have a mild case of PD!" Yes, it scared me and I quickly began researching PD on the 'net. I hope to fight this thing and win. Semper Fi
