I rode my recumbent 'trike' outside for the first time in 4 months! My power chair is my 'home' daytime & continues to strengthen my neck mscles.

My power chair has eliminated my neck-brace need. I have begun a new project on Canadian MSAA Support. And my weight stopped falling; instead, I gained 4 lbs.!
