    generally doing to much and not getting enough rest as I live on my own, makes my ALS worse

    Overdoing things and getting too tired makes my ALS worse

    I would scream from the mountain tops about taking "RESPIRACTIN" a natural, good tasting remedy for lung problems and allergies. No allergies for 3 years now!!!! And... my lung function tests went from failing to above normal and have maintained for 2 1/2 years. Lots of family and friends have tried it, no more allergies and no more sinus problems etc etc. We cleanse all sorts of body parts but never think to cleanse our lungs, which need it more than a lot of the others. Try it, you'll like it. emoticon smile

    I'm losing the use of my hands, body a lot weaker inability to do more things tired, overall not bad
