Been feeling pretty good this week, working on OT, PT continue to have moderate energy. Dreams, PTSD TYPE... and a good one emoticon smile
Had a Really cool dream, Our son who is Autistic, went to check out a program that is right up his alley. Electronics and Repairing game systems.
In my dream, he was a Instructor, for Formula 1 racecars. in the repair shop as a schematics instructor for the car's. His class size was about 15 students. He asked me, " if you have a 110 volt electric stove, would plug in into 220 volt with an adapter kit." or
" would plug into a 120 volt plugin, for which it may be designed for ?" Or check the schematics to see where the problem may be?" He said, " This is at times very frustrating because all they want to do is take the easy way out, without researching the problem." I said to him, " This is at times the way you were, and now you know how I felt, when you were growing up". I said to him, " remember slow and steady wins the race". I said, "Things take time son, you are a GREAT instructor, your students will be very successful, because they are learning from someone who cares about what they are doing, and YOU want them to be as successful as you are, as well." I asked, him if he would like to go to lunch with me. His response," I would love to dad, I have to get this done before the class comes back". Were, going to redo this schematics assignment, question, check this out and see hoe long it takes you to figure it out?" I said, Okay.
He showed me the problem. First, you had to go to the table of content's, flip to the page. Read what section in the diagram, can help you in locating the problem. follow the schematic and it will tell you page and diagram to look at. Then follow, there was a small circuit chip that controlled the firing system for the car. This took me about 15 minutes. " he said and he cant have his students to follow along". He said, " you know, kid's today, are so spoiled... I'm surprised that they can cook or go shopping, without assistance."
Well, son you have come along way, and I am VERY PROUD OF YOU !!!. "
