About gaby

I am 52 yrs old, I worked for 32 yrs for Columbia Gas of pa. I am married with one grown son. I have had ms since 1982 but was not diagnosed until 2001. I was always a very active person, loved to travel, boat and ski, camping and I love to dance. I have been one of the lucky ms patients I always was able to bounce back until last November 2007. I have been off work since Jan. 2008. Finally approved for my ltd and SSDI, it took over a year but I am a fighter and will not give up! I will not let ms beat me. I try to stay positive as possible.

I now have four toy poodles, Gaby,Tucker, Maxie,and Buttons. They are my life savers they make me laugh and comfort me all day long. My dad now lives with us due to his health and age Buttons is my dads dog he is now one of the pack! I had worked all my life this is a big change for me, but I am greatful now to be home and able to care for my dad, things do happen for a reason! I am so glad I found PLM, It is a great help reading all the information, I now know I am not crazy it's just the ms acting out! For years I tried to hide all the goofy things that were happening to me. Thanks for being being new friends!
