    A while ago, my pain doctor suggested a new type of neural stimulator which is used every day, boy just when there is pain. It is re-training my neck and shoulder muscles to stay in a more relaxed state. My pain is less frequent now. I love it!

      Cymbalta is really good for me. Have tried a number of anti-depressants in the past with unfriendly side effects. No noticeable side-affects with this one. How much it helps my pain is really had to say.

        CFS has closed off much of my social life and pastimes. It has increased my depression. Any ideas for improved energy and reducing my 12 hour sleeping every night would be greatly received!

        I was an active kid. Went into geology, then switched to environmental law lobbying for environmental & health care groups. I loved both careers and both required high energy. FMS ended my work & obtained full SSA disability 2 years after symptoms began.
