- Advice & Tips
- I was dxd with mild OSA and started using an APAP, which helped me sleep much better than the wedge had helped, so I stopped using the wedge.

- Advice & Tips
- Before using the wedge, I was rarely sleeping more than 1.5 hrs without awakening. During a visit to my neuro, I expressed concern about it, and he suggested a sleep study. In prep for the study, I began keeping a detailed sleep log which revealed several timing issues (e., caffeine, water, meds, room temperature). Rearranging those helped some, but when I tried the wedge, I began sleeping 5-6 hrs without awakening. I don't know why it helps, but I don't care why. (I suspect it helps with my dysphagia - I stopped waking up to big wet spots of drool.)
