I am married, retired and living in a rural community.  I work out at the Y for a couple of hours three times a week which includes One hr.of "Group Active" a copy written aerobics program , forty five minutes in a stretch and balance class, and some time in the free weight room.  The sauna is one of my favorite spots.  I volunteer at the high school library for a few hours one morning a week.  I am not a tv watching person.  Amongst the things that I do reading is my number one interest,with classical music especially contemporary, then jazz and folk.  I enjoy a Talmud discussion group which meets every other week.  House and yard work take much of my time. I will do a little snow shoeing this afternoon I like politics, though as a professed lefty liberal I am sad to see the present government  serving the rich at the expense of the poor!
