I felt good most of the morning and afternoon. Right now after having come home and relaxing oddly enough I can feel the beginings of a headache on the back of my head. One of the most helpful things is an ice pack. I have really felt a difference using ice packs. I swear I am finding more relief in non-medicinal things then the medication in my bottles.
