My name is Crystal. I am 27 years old. I am happily married and we have a one year old daughter. I have bi-polar type II disorder and have been living medication-free for the last five years, but I do occasionally self-medicate with marijuana. I do not have a perscription. I choose this lifestyle because it has been my experience that psychotropic medications make me extremely ill and have negative impacts on my emotional and mental well-being. Marijuana regulates my mood in a non-invasive way which allows me to recognize my own symptoms more clearly and modify my own behavior. Some other methods of treatment that seem to work for me are drawing, writing, playing guitar, singing, and taking pictures. I am going to school right now to complete my training in photography. If there is anything else you would like to know, just ask. :)
