Coming out of a rough few weeks emotionally. Getting close to the end of finals and the start of Christmas break.

Changed careers and love what I'm doing. Plus, meds are working great!

Change of seasons has gotten to me - my husband died in the fall. Crying easily, losing my temper a bit more often. Better lately though.

Taking steps forward in life. Getting things together to go back to school in a new career field. Stopped drinking (mostly).

Feeling irritable: impatience with group therapy this afternoon, and frustration about my inability to make positive changes.
