More About Light of some kind
I received a dx of MS in July of 2004 but first noticed the symptoms around 2000, possibly a little earlier. I'm doing ok now. Optic neuritis in my left eye and your run of the mill MS sensory symptoms. I keep my stress level down and my work level to keep the symptoms at bay. I am interested in the new CCSVI theory, but not enough to rush into it without proper trials. I feel the same way about the meds that are available. I am a skeptic of their overall effect over time. I have not tried any of them. I keep my diet relatively healthy; not exactly Dr. Swank style, but I do what I can. I rest a lot and get regular mild to moderate exercise. That about sums it up for me! Stay strong!
