Advice & Tips: I found the information posted at https://www.consumerlab.com/reviews/Wellbutrin_vs_Generic_Bupropion/wellbutrin/ Update: 1/30/08 (now outdated) and http://dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/ to be most helpful as I chose which generic brand to use and which form to take. The 24-hour time-release form was a great idea but the dose became too strong for me. The original form became the best choice so I could cut the dosage to the amount I needed. I discontinued using Bupropion because I no longer needed any on a regular basis. My mood fluctuated too much, so when I was "up", Bupropion raised my mood too high. Bupropion definitely bumped me up from depression! I felt so good and such relief when it first kicked in!

Advice & Tips: 150 mg. is usually too much for me. 100 mg. was too little. I read that treatments for overdosing include ventilation (so I get out in fresh air), activated charcoal ( I always have some on hand), and meds like the clonazepam that I take (so I increase my daily dose). If I don't address the overdose, a migraine results.
