Giselle graduated with a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney, Australia, in 1995. Upon graduation Giselle enjoyed a successful career as a food scientist in the food industry. Giselle has 7 years experience empowering women to take charge of their health. She has particular interest in diabetes, poly-cystic ovarian disease and weight management.
