We're currently in Wow Week at PatientsLikeMe. That means we have a week to work on personal projects. Here's something I've been working on this week (purposely just a tease).

Updated Bio
adarowski updated his bio Oct 11, 2012I'm Adam. I've been a web developer for PatientsLikeMe since October 2009 (though I had a crush on them for much longer than that). Markup (HTML/Haml) and style (CSS/Sass) is what I like to do, and luckily I get to do plenty of it at PatientsLikeMe. At home, I have a wonderful wife and three awesome kids.

Very good
Absolutely pumped about so many things this morning.
1. @Amy Newell and @dmarttila did some amazing work on MyCycle.
2. I was just actually able to link to their profiles because we have mentions!
3. OH MY GOD JOURNALING! It will be so nice to add more information to each valuable piece of health data. But what I'm excited about the most is...
4. Commenting! It will be SO NICE to offer encouragement when people update their InstantMe, outcomes scores, or anything else. This really just lets us co-mingle much more. While we're all dealing with our own issues, the fact that we're all dealing with it brings us together.
Thanks so much to the small group of patients who previewed these new features.
Oh, I should add more…
5. No more 140 character limit on InstantMe! emoticon smile
6. I can add photos! That's my boy!

about 1 year ago@Liz Morgan Oh, I know what you mean. On the public/non-logged-in journals we strip out comments. We could probably do that on the permanent links, too. As of now, permanent links require a login.
