pain high, high yesterday. overdid monday. still paying for it. weather keeps flip flopping. mood neutral leaning toward good

Pain meds kicked in, feel a little better, takes edge off. If this is how I felt all winter, no wonder I was so depressed

Super sore. My fingernail beds hurt. Barely could get out of bed. Mentally ok. Felt good yesterday, today feel like a smashed bug.

Cough is bad, lungs feel gunky, fingers hurt. weather shifted again.

I woke up with a cold. Blargh. Kinda figured when joints flared up last nite. Thought Jake's nose was just allergies, I was wrong. :(

Tired, but Jake was up all night, so that is to be expected. Weather is good, apin is at a 6. but it has been flaring up in the evenings.

pain is still high, ut only a 7 instead of the 9 that I was having earlier in the week and on Sat. night. Dizzy disconnected feeling.

Hurt like hell yesterday and today, though the knee pain has let up some. Big reality check for me. I need to be more mindful of overdoing.

Did 20 minutes worth of mild work outside Saturday, spent Saturday night crying because of the knee, shoulder, and wrist pain.

Fell on the stairs yesterday so a little sore. THink I pulled something in my neck. :( Headache, but otherwise ok. Went outside yesterday.

Nausea, pain not as bad, headache. Same stuff, different day.

Feel kinda hungover from the fatigue flare yesterday afternoon. I couldn't even wash the dishes properly yesterday. Weird,

Pain was worst its been in a long time last nite, a little better today, but still really quite bad. Hope it will let up soon. Mood good.

Pain is really high, mind fog has cleared a bit, got really bad about 5 last nite, up most of the nite with pain. Ugh. Mood good.

Nausea bad, pain bad, it snowed, ringing ears and fuzzy brain happening again. arrrgh.
Mood is good though, so that is something.

Mood neutral, pain bad, nausea/stomach pain bad. Pain was bad enough to wake me up a few times last night which isn't abnormal, but not fun

Dizziness better today, and my ears finally stopped ringing. pain levels around a 5-6, nothing unusual. Mood better, damn nausea the same.

woke up with ears ringing, feels like my head is encased in cotton. kinda headachey and dizzy. Feels really weird. Neck extra stiff today
