More About daiseyblue

I've been a widow since 1993 when both my husband and a son drowned back in my home town of Erie, PA. I was told I might have Fibro long before that happened, but it wasn't until I moved to AZ and had a complete hysterectomy that I was sent to Mayo clinic  in 2001 and got the official diagnosis. I had been heavy since having my tonsils out and starting my period at the age of 8,  so for most of my early teen and adult years everyone always told me that I hurt because of the extra weight.  I had the gastric bypass surgery in 2004 lost 225lbs. Mayo Clinic Assured me that even if I lost the weight it wouldn't guarantee that the pain would go away, but it would help in the management of it. They also discovered I had Sjogrens syndrome and told me that I most likely had it my whole life. They said that was most likely the cause of all my pain when I was a little girl and didn't want to play or do many activities when I was young.

March 2010: Was diagnosed with Lupus/RA and was told I had the overlap type.Dr agreed with prior Dr that I most likely have had these conditions for a long time.

Nov 2010: I've moved to TX, the cold temps and different climate is really wrecking havoc on my conditions!!!!

More to come later..........
