About HappinessforEver

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2009. Recently I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Hypothyroidism, Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome and I waiting for the shoe to drop and get the Lupus diagnosis. I didn't mind having one syndrome, but now I'm overwhelmed.

More About HappinessforEver

I had a full hysterectomy in 2006 followed by an infection. After the infection, I began to feel very tired all of the time.  I thought the fatigue was related to my hysterectomy, however every doctor I talked with said it wasn't a symptom of my surgery.  In February 2009, I fell and hit my head.  I required 8 staples in my head.  In May I began to feel pain throughout my body.  My doctor ran all types of tests and had me see another doctor.  Both doctors confirmed Fibromyalgia.

I just recently went to a Rheumatologist to confirm for a third time. He prescribed a Fentanyl patch.  It has only been 5 days, but no relief.  I am actually in worse pain.

I stopped the Fentanyl patch and in two weeks I'll have new meds to take for all my new illnesses.

This sucks...Cry
