    I have a pintched nerve in my cervical spine. Went to H.H., ED and is now on prednisone for the next 4 days. Will see PCP on 5/31/11

    On 5/3 I had a very bad fall in my parking lot which agravated my neck, right shoulder and hip. I have to go for PT and my sleep became bad

    I had to take 3 vicodin to ease some of the pain away. I will see my Dr. this Fri. for spinal block injections in the back of my head

    I woke up at 2 am with a severe headache & by 3 am the pain went down my spine into my right hip. I could barely get out of bed.
