About addicted2harleys

Hello! My name is Tonya. I am a mother of four and grandmother of five. I just moved back to my home state of AZ to be closer to my family. I live with my mother, who is my caretaker. My youngest child is the only one left at home..she is 16. I have two ankle biters, a chihuahua and a yorkie, and have a service dog that is being raised and trained at home. My daughter has her sister.

More About addicted2harleys

Hi. I was diagnosed with HSP in June of 2011. I had been symptomatic for 7 years, but the only answers that I received from neurologists were that I was faking it, it was all in my head...you get the picture. I finally came across someone who didn't shut the door in my quest for answers. My legs are pretty unreliable to me. I use a walker to get around my house and a wheelchair outside of my house. I had a Baclofen pump implanted in May of 2011 and it was a Godsend. I had been a spastic mess, basically confined to my bed. I now see quality of life and am grateful. I go to PT/OT three times a week and I find this very beneficial.
