When we reached the age of 50, we decided we would travel and make as many trips as we could together, as most likely, the time would come when one of us could not be there. That time has now come. I love to fish, This year, for the first time, i can not fish. Life goes on, no one knows how much time they have on this earth. My friends have been warm and wonderful, far more than I ever expected. I look forward to each new day with joyfull anticipation. Jan

About Miss_Kitty
I first noticed weakness in my left leg in 2004. I was an active grandmother, retired to Soldotna, Alaska on the Kenai River, with husband of 48 years, George. I can no longer volunteer at local Thrift Store, but i visit my dear friends there 3 times a week. What a shock my ALS diagnosis was. Each day I am thankful time for the time & abilities I still have. My motto: Ten years and beyond.
