This is the hardest thing I have ever had to endure. I have always been the type of person who does what ever needs to be done and never ask for help. I am OCD so every thing in my house must be in place and clean. Well as you know! that has gone out the window because I can not longer keep up with it all and I have a very hard time asking my family for help..it makes me feel helpless. I just fond out I have spurs in my neck joints and a compressed disk in my lower back. I call myself MEANY because this illness has changed me from a very nice person to a not so pleasant person to be around
