I am 62 and suffer from anxiety based depression. The depression doesn't seem to have any external reasons. I was very happy for years practicing Transcendental meditation and before tht during a bad marriage I took sleeping meds; I am a breast cancer survivor,over 15 yrs. The current depression started 5 yrs ago.I have 2 grandchildren and my daughter lives in the USA. I live in Belgium. My son lives here. I am a translator at a university and work at home.
