    My first symptom was optic neuritis and anxiety quickly followed.

    Work is getting me down , putting my health to one side , some of the work colleges are very bone idle and do not help. Something that doesn't affect me now but will in the future.

    I'm still taking no Medications .. I do however get a new symptom of twitching all over at night, quite annoying!

    Feeling ok today but hardly any sleep with weird cramps on right hand side.

    Feeling good, but the sudden rest from work over Easter holidays has actually made me feel worst MS wise.
