At 18 , I woke up one morning. and couldn't move. Had many tests done (swelling in my brain) had brain surgery to reduced the swelling in my head.I wasnt diagnosed w/ MS for 7 yrs (after OT,PT&speech therapy) I was in a wheel chair at first but now I refuse to be in one unless I absolutely have to. I co- run an MS support group in Milford, CT.
