Advice & Tips
I take it 3 hours before I go to bed and put my legs up. If I'm late taking it, I have to stay up later and keep my legs down. If I prop them up, it delays the effect of the Requip XL. It also makes you sleepy, which is a plus. The most important things to remember are same time every day and DO NOT ELEVATE LEGS!! It helps me tremendously!!
