I had no problems at all until May 2007 when I developed erectile dysfunction followed soon after by urgency of micturition. I started with dizziness and symptoms of hypotension on standing in June 2009 this led to the diagnosis. I have a mild tremor (postural) affecting mainly the left hand. I feel much worse in the morning.
March 2010 My bladder is my worst problem. I now have urinary tract infections. My tremor remains the same and I am still getting about although my legs are weaker.
September 2010 my bladder is worse and I am doing intermittent catheterisation.
March 2011 - bladder the same swallowing and constipation worse. A little stiff after sitting in one position for too long.
June 2011 - swallowing a little worse, fatigue a little worse no other changes
Sept 2011 - recent barium swallow as reflux and swallowing worse, feel tired most of the time and can fall asleep in the day quickly. Still managing to work part time.
Dec 2011 - all autonomic features slightly worse including a couple of brief episodes of stridor - very scary. Motor symptoms such as stiffness or balance not much different
