Advice & Tips: I take 1/2 of a 10 mg tab and that will usually do the trick but sometimes I think sleeping so sound in one position adds to my morning stiffness I have. But without the ambien I toss and shift all night, my legs drive me crazy, my back aches!! So I take the ambien most nights. I also found it cheaper to buy the 10mg and cut in half. The CR is too expensive and you can't cut them in half, or I would take them.
