    The weather is great, I got enough exercise, and the full benefit of my meds have kicked in minimum side-effects!

    The valproic acid is starting to kick in a little more, settling me down.

    Besides weight gain, the meds aren't kicking in as quickly as I thought they should

    Just went on two new meds the other day (valproic acid & citalopram) and am waiting for them to kick in.

    Yesterday evening my pulse jumped to over 120 and high blood pressure
    had panic attack :( makes me think twice about geodon

    I took less than my usual 40 mg of Geodon, as I didn't want it to interfere w/ my beta blocker. If it does that, my pulse will go below 50
