Spouse is diagnosed with; small fiber neuropathy, autonomic neuropathy, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic diarrhea, weight loss, atrial fib, anismus, interstitial cystitis (urostomy), sexual dysfunction, and most recently been told he has PAF (pure autonomic failure) with possibility of MSA. Spouse does not eat much do to extreme pain and very fast digestion which has lead to weight loss.  Will be starting enteral nutrition of "peptamin" this week.  He has extreme fatigue and muscle aches and pains.  He complains all day long of being very cold and has blankets with him at all times. Personality changes with lots of anger too.  He feels like the doctors are missing something and that he is progressing towards death because his body/muscle is wasting away.  One doc says could be MSA and another says no only PAF.  FRUSTRATING!!!
