I am a 40 year old nurse. I've been working in this field for 17 years. The last 8 years have been private duty. I now own the company that 120 of my friends and I work for. We have 4 ALS patients. All of them are vent dependant and have feeding tubes. They all get 24 hour skilled nursing care in there homes. I logged on to this site to see if I could find some information on BOTOX and oral secreations at one of my patients requests. If you think that I could answer a question for you please ask.
