About comie

I am 28 years old. I was diagnosed with ALS on June 17, 2007. I am a very down to earth person. I enjoy listing to all kind of music except for country, watching football (GO STEELERS), gambling (poker and black jack) and watching TV. If you want to know more just ask.

More About comie

Life can be very complicated at times. You never know when it’s going to throw you a screw ball for better or for worse. The best way to handle it is to try to stay positive, even when you’re at your lowest. All you can do is take it one day at a time, because you never know when it’s going to be your last. Most importantly NEVER EVER GIVE UP. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP. I WILL NEVER STOP FIGHTING.

This is the the moto I live by and it will never change.  I pretty much can do everything the same as before except for running, which i miss alot.  I work out 3 times a week, 3 hours every time.  I just started working out about two months ago (7/14/2007) and I am already twice as strong as I started.  My legs are very strong and my upper body needs some work.
