Taking sinemet helped temporarily because the zoloft was blocking the reuptake of dopamine. Since I stopped zoloft, trazodone, and buspar, I have not needed any sinement. My brain is restoring itself to a normal state.

About Carbidopa-Levodopa (Prescription Drug)
