I've had m.s. for 29+ years. I presented with optic neuritis. I have 2 sons, 27 & 20 and we live in the suburbs of Phila.,PA. I've tried every m.s. treatment over the years(except Novantrone). I'm now back on Tysabri and I love it! I think it's a wonder drug! I volunteer at several hospitals, the M.S. Society, and I'm a motivational speaker for m.s. patients and their families. I try to keep very busy with activities such as hand cycling, sculling, stay-fit exercise classes and I am a group leader for a neighborhood m.s. support group.
