I got diagnosed Monday May 18th 2009..my 30th wedding anniversary ! I'd been dragging my right leg and my right arm is getting limp. I'm twitching in both my arms and legs too, and I cramp up in my legs (when I streched when I woke up daily) and stomach, and neck when I yawn. I'm trying to deal with it. My wife, 2 girls, and 3 granddaughters are too. My speech is slurring now...I truly believe that the metal in my mouth caused this....God will help us all through this.

I grew up in Boise, Idaho, went to Whitney elementary, South Jr. High, Borah High, and Ricks College. I was a football star in high school, tailback...and did the long-jump and sprints in track and field. I came to Provo, Utah in 1976 to find a wife. It worked, and I married Mavis in 1979. We have 2 daughters and 3 granddaughters that are the light of my life. I sold cars here in Utah for almost 30 years before I got ALS and retired June 2009. 
My faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement ,knowing that He suffered for me, if I repent... gets me through this horrible disease.
