I was raised in the mountains of North Carolina, the middle child of three girls, by two wonderful, loving, Christian parents and extended family. Married 23 years to the love of my life, John. We have two awesome kids, Natalie and Derek. I am very blessed to have incredibly supportive family and friends. Thankfully, I am currently able to work as an Executive Assistant and am still able to do most things for myself. I am told my ALS is very slow progressing – I hope they are right!
