Just switch from Kaletra to Reyataz a few days ago... within 24 hours diarrhea that I had for three years on Kaletra vanished.

About Reyataz (Prescription Drug)

Reyataz® is a brand name atazanavir, a protease inhibitor used in the treatment of HIV-1 infections in combination with at least two other antiretroviral agents. In patients with prior virologic failure, coadministration with ritonavir is recommended.
